When creating an Order for TOV, the CCU gives an error that has no decryption; under another user, when creating the same order, no error occurs. LC login dm123456 client TOV "Courier Service of Ukraine" error text "AN ERROR OCCURRED"

There is an error in the logs "Missing any current account" - this means that on the Justin side, no account is apparently associated with your user.
