Order Address Error (NA)

There is integration with NP and we put down the address of the optarka in the process

There is NO NP block (which is a priority for choosing a branch and order address)
In the history we see that the address changed
2 addresses ( client address and process address) are displayed here
We check that these are exactly those fields
Next, create a tn (going to the "create tn" stage)
BUT in the TTN itself the old address, and not the one that we corrected
Because of this, we constantly redirect orders, something needs to be done about this. Can you tell me why this is happening and how it can be fixed?
I didn't notice this before, but lately it's been quite common.

This means that at some point during the transition to the status it was displayed or the data is filled directly when the process is created. Please tell me how and where you create the process and if possible create a new process

But there, a new interface is created for each group. For this client
he is in the group "Dropshippers > 18% off"
You can add yourself to this group and try to create an order through personal account

If the user, when ordering through the personal account, selects delivery by New mail and selects the city, then he is recorded in this block. You can then change the selected city only through the new mail block in the order. If you do not need this functionality and you do not need the address that the client selects in the personal account, I can suggest disabling it as a setting in the order creation block. Takes 1 hour.
