Nova Poshta automation stopped working

Hello!
Just now I noticed that since yesterday, automation did not work on part of the orders. Here is one example https://our-store.com.ua/admin/customorder/order/14027/edit/
The status of New mail is "Arrived at the office", and with this status, the process should have switched to "At the office", and it is now "Ready to send"

I understand the process has already been either automatically switched or manually.
Is there an example of a process that was not automatically switched - so we can check for a problem?
