New mail integration: no longer switching statuses
The stages of the process are no longer switched automatically from changing the status of the TTN. We didn't change anything. why is this happening? Also wrote that Justin integration is not tracked!

- our API key is not expired,
- the logic of the process was not touched,
- no other conditions prevent the transition to the stage,
- have already seen 2 similar topics on the forum from other users. Looks like the problem is on your side. The process worked correctly for 9 months, and only now the problem has come out.
