P.S. - the problem only occurs when the NP statuses are changed "delivered" -> "arrived" and "arrived" -> "received". - our API key is not expired, - the logic of the process was not touched, - no other conditions prevent the transition to the stage, - have already seen 2 similar topics on the forum from other users. Looks like the problem is on your side. The process worked correctly for 9 months, and only now the problem has come out.
