What is the action "Replace the EP number with the Justin TTN number" / justin_action_block_change_ordernumber_ttn

There is an action "Replace the ЄП number with the Justin TTN number"
I don't understand what it does
I tried to run in this order https://baza.cn.ua/admin/customorder/order/24848/edit/

But nothing has changed, I did not receive the required TTN in the order

the action knocks on Justin using the getOrderStatusesHistoryF method - gets the statuses history and the TTN parameter
from which writes the TTN to the invoice number in the process
