Emergency statuses are missing or incorrectly specified

Good afternoon. I am attaching screenshots of the problem. In the new mail, the beginning of the status name "Sending in the city" means different movements. At the same time, in onebox, for example, in the action "Transfer the process to this stage, if the stage of the new mail has changed", it is clear that either the additional one is missing or it is not specified correctly. It is a little unclear what applies to what

Here is an example on the screen. At the stage, 3 possible tracking statuses are indicated, but none of them worked. And the process jumps from "sent" straight to "arrived at the branch" and this status is already working. In conclusion, not all tracking statuses work

Good day. You have a wrong understanding of the first status. It only means that the parcel is traveling in a specific city. For example, when sending from Odessa to Lviv, the status can change to "Departure in the city of Kyiv" and then "Departure in the city of Lviv". That is, this does not mean that the parcel has arrived. In my opinion, the current statuses are enough to track where the consignment note is and switch the order to the desired status.

According to the first status - this is a response from Nova Poshta support (screen #1). There are really a lot of current statuses, but none of them work at the "sent" stage (screen #2). Please correct me, maybe something is wrong

I can't look at your settings, but I think you have only one status set for each stage. If Nova Poshta quickly switches this status, or even skips it, the action in onebox does not work. That is why, only the action works when the parcel is already waiting for the recipient. Make several statuses in the actions that correspond to the stage and tracking will work according to the scheme - sent/on the way, delivered, received, not received.

Just for the first stage, 3 different statuses were created (I'm attaching a screenshot) and none of them worked. The NP can switch statuses quickly, but it definitely takes some time "on the way to the recipient".

We use the Nova Poshta status in Vanbox "Shipment is on its way to..." - that is, the stage switches when the parcel leaves your Nova Poshta branch. That is, it does not happen quickly if parcels do not leave your Nova Poshta branch often, but this is the optimal solution. But after your post, I looked again at the statuses offered by Vanbox and noticed that the status "The sender has submitted the parcel for shipment" appeared, I do not know how long it has appeared, but it was not there before. We will test it now
