Good afternoon, today when creating a TTN, instead of "Ivano-Frankivsk, Branch No. 3 (up to 30 kg per place): Zaliznychna st., 4" we got "Dubno, Branch No. 3 (up to 30 kg per place): Zaliznychna st., 45". That is, a different city altogether. We saw it after the shipment when the client called and had to redirect the parcel. When trying to manually find a branch in Ivano-Frankivsk, we found that the address there was "Zaliznychna st. 15A", maybe this is why there is an error? How to prevent such errors in the future?
