We also noticed that in the application itself in onebox the statuses have changed, data from Nova Poshta is transferred via Api (screenshot 4). In the logs inside the process, the status of the Nova Poshta consignment note and its change were always duplicated, now there is only a change in the status of UkrPoshta (screenshot 5)

1. As already indicated above, check again that all keys are REMOVED from the new mail account. Because otherwise it may end badly for you. 2. Generate a new key and insert it into the "default" account in the box - this is the "Nova POST Rusty" account

We have done everything, the question is that the iteration for all accounts has not been working for us since the 1st, the NP transfers the status, in the NP block this is visible in the application, then the actions that switch stages stopped working, the box itself does not see these statuses and the filter by statuses also does not see, perhaps we need to update the integration, please check the technical issues

Just take and register the correct keys in all accounts here https://shopforcars.crm-onebox.com/app/novaposhta-integration-new/settings/ . Half of the accounts there have crooked keys. As soon as you register the correct API keys in all accounts - everything will work.
