The problem is not boxing, but how you set up your PSU. Specifically, in this case, you get errors when switching to a status; accordingly, cron cannot transfer processes to the selected statuses. The most common mistakes in your case are:
No valid client specified in process
Deleted status selected in IR status transfer action or other setting
The user (owner or author of the process) does not have rights to sell the process
Conditions for filling fields are not met
To avoid such situations, you need to set automatic transitions only to the stages at which there will be no errors (i.e. there will be no sales actions, creation of payments, or any other actions that could potentially generate an error.
