Statuses of Ukrposhta do not change

Good afternoon! My statuses with Ukrposhta have not changed for a long time. For my part, I checked and did the following: 1) Created new declarations. There are no problems with their creation, that is, the keys work; 2) Did not make any changes to the actions; 3) All orders are considered "open". Can you suggest what is the reason?
