Ukrposhta has changed api, earlier in the issue there were CITYTYPE_NAME+CITY_NAME fields, now they have been replaced with CITYTYPE_ID+CITY_ID . The fix for os will be within a day, the transfer to mvp costs 1 hour of refinement. Bill?

Although the fields CITY_NAME and CITYTYPE_NAME are still in the api, they are simply not populated. Perhaps this is an api bug and Ukrposhta is not going to completely remove them.

Ask Ukrposhta support why this request receives a response with empty CITY_NAME and CITYTYPE_NAME for lang=ru. For lang=ua the answers are normal.

when we receive data, we sew up that we need names in ru, but nothing prevents the mail from giving out Ukrainian street names when requesting ru (they wanted it that way). You can look in the file, there are also Ukrainian street names.
