Hello. In the "Sender's order pickup address" in the setting, you need to write the address of the branch without its number. In your case, just "Chernigovskaya, Chernihiv, Ivana Roshevsky st., 36"

Thanks, now it works, it would be nice to write somewhere from this (perhaps in the integration settings near this field)
