The "New mail" block in the BP interface does not work correctly

There was a problem due to the fact that the TTN number is located in the wrong field, namely: the generated redirect TTN is now located in the "Reverse parcel TTN" field, although it should be in the "Delivery forwarding TTN" field - https://i.imgur .com/0AurG1m.jpg
Because of this situation, my business process moves to the stage associated with cash on delivery, and not with a return.
