Can't select branch in Nova Poshta

I can't understand why I can't select a department in the "TTN Parameters" block?

Good afternoon. Branches are updated from api new mail once a month. I started manually updating the list of branches on your box, within 10-20 minutes it should work and then the desired branch will appear.

I just checked this order - https://our-store.com.ua/55318/, but I still can't choose a branch for the city "Limanskoye (Reninsky district)" in it. I even created a new test order (https://our-store.com.ua/55429/) and the situation has not changed. I notice that this problem occurs depending on the city, for example:
1) The city "Limanskoe (Zaporozhye region)" - also does not work;
2) The city "Limanskoe (Razdelnyansky district)" - it works

Removed all compartments and tightened by hand. In the specified city, branches were not issued, which means that they are not in the api using the getWarehouses method
https://developers.novaposhta.ua/view/model/a0cf0f5f-8512-11ec-8ced-005056b2dbe1... you can check it by sending a request
with your api key.
c8073ef3-5635-11e5-8d8d-005056887b8d is the ref of the city "Limanskoe (Reninsky district)"
If the branch really works, contact Nova Poshta support and ask them for what reason this branch is not in the API issuance.

Received a response from New Mail.
According to their API, it has already been reported that the department is not working, and on the site (when I physically checked) there is still work. That is, if the branch at the New Post Office does not work, you can choose the city, but not the branch.
