If the account is the same + delivery method with automation, then yes, it should.
And for the "left" UN, Justin has "agent" access.

This was earlier when there was confusion - he returned a large internal number to TTN - and it was necessary to change it to TTN from other systems when the EH number comes.
Now EH is tracked without problems.

If you have agent access that allows you to track "left" TTN - then you need to enable the "This is a client's account" setting - there are different requests for receiving TTN.
