Duplicate senders NP and incorrect sender

If you filter orders by this sender - they are found by 2 + this order is not filtered by this TTN

The filter filters not by personal accounts, but by Counterparties. If you have 2 counterparties, it means that there are 2 such counterparties in one account of the IR or in several accounts one at a time. Counterparties are pulled from all NP offices at once.

Why doesn't it filter the order by TTN? We listed these 2 senders

Perhaps after you created the TTN, a block was displayed where you can select the sender. This block could write its data to the TTN sender after its creation.

And there were no duplicates there. Maybe they misunderstood where to look for this double?

We checked, we don’t use such a block at all in the process, it looks like there is a problem in something else.
