since yesterday, TTN is not created automatically

at the stage https://crm.stylesalon.com.ua/admin/shop/workflowstatus/127/action/new/ there is an action of automatic creation of TTN NP, an error started to appear: https://take.ms/ZCtnB
everything was working until yesterday, yesterday the contact person was changed and the automation stopped working.
when manually creating a TTN, it is created, but you have to wait a few seconds for all data to be pulled

We had the same problem. It was possible to register in the integration settings in the box of the sender and the contact person one-to-one, as in the manual creation tab of TTN.
In the pictures, I numbered the fields from where and where I copied the data (from 1 manual creation tab to 1 in the integration settings and so on for all numbers)
