Probably, at the time of importing the process, the API did not give the invoice number. Now, there is no error observed in the above process. Added logging to the action - provide an example of a problematic process that will be added later than the current moment.

Here https://cabinet.tehnolavka.com.ua/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=prom-ttn-2021-09... you can see the log in [2021-09-23 10:01 :09] by process [orderid] => 4243 There is no order invoice value along the ['order']['delivery_provider_data']['declaration_number'] path - nothing was imported. Prom simply didn’t give it to us - maybe it wasn’t there at the time the order was taken.

There is no order invoice value along the ['order']['delivery_provider_data']['declaration_number'] path - nothing was imported. Prom simply didn’t give it to us - maybe it wasn’t there at the time the order was taken.
I would recommend that you first check with Prom's technical support why it is not there initially, if from your words - it should? I can not fully answer your questions regarding the work of a third-party service :)
