Hello. Try to go into editing the process and save it. If it doesn't help, change the price of one of the products by +-1, save and back. This should trigger the process of recalculating the margin of the process. If it does not help, please give a link to the process - I'll figure it out.

We have such a situation in almost every order, since the balances were uploaded to the system through the balance loader (why is it needed at all?!?!?!........), and it pulled retail prices for the balances (((
Accordingly, the entire margin with a minus. Now for each position we manually change the prices for purchases.
Is it possible to massively recalculate the margin for all processes?

Yes, you can go to the list of processes, bulk changes and change something through the panel on the right, some field for all processes. Should work. If the recalculation does not work - write, I will make a script that will recalculate the margin.
