This is not an objective error in the operation of the system for us to fix something.
PS: you have a boxed version of the product, which meant the purchase of AS IS (as is). If you do not like something in it in a similar situation - you have the right to change it on your own - the consequences should be known to you (they are spelled out in the contract, if any).
