Hello! No display of calls from Kyivstar. They are displayed in events, but they are not visible in the Kyivstar section https://technosite.crm-onebox.com/app/kyievstar/. There are no logs for Kyivstar either. Checking the token returns 'from' parameter is missing . What could be the problem?

Unfortunately, I don't see requests from Kyivstar in the logs.
Check with their technical support if they send requests - if so, let them provide an example - maybe there is a different token or something else

Yes thank you. Changed CRM token and Kyivstar started working
