The action works, but the API returns the answer that there are no payments for today. If this is not the case - apparently you need to contact the technical support of Privatbank.
Also, if there were payments for the previous days - try to set the setting "If the client is not found, create it according to the data from the payment" and "Take payments for the past N days"
