I reset the request and response to binotel, they replied that we are using the "old API" and reset the current documentation, you may need to update the integration, the full answer is:
Please note that an outdated version of the API is used, currently building a signature is not required, below is the current API documentation

API CALL COMPLETED: used to notify your script of each completed call. Usually used to integrate Binotel PBX with your CRM
REST API: used to receive all information from the personal account (calls, clients, tasks, settings) and initiate calls.
Each API has its own README file. Please read them very carefully!
