Setting up the telephony pop-up window

After switching to the OneBox OS version, there was a question about working with Telephony Pop-ups, with the "Last 3 client processes" block https://i.imgur.com/cLEbaIY.png
1) There is no color display of the process stages in the pop-up window, the text does not have any highlighting https://i.imgur.com/IqRFW09.png (in the previous version of the box, the names of the stages were highlighted with the appropriate colors from the workflow logic).
Is it possible to add colors to the stage names in the telephony window?
2) Evaluate the possibility of changing the order of the fields that are displayed in the "Last 3 processes of the client" block https://i.imgur.com/MkPfNeY.png (for example, display the Stage of the process in the first place, after which display the ID, name...)

1. Yes, it is possible to finalize the display of the status in the form of a colored block (probably it is better to do it as a setting, since not all users may need it - it will take 1 hour)
2. Implement the ability to select fields (a certain list of basic fields and additional process fields) - it will take 3 hours
