Integration with StreamTelecom telephony does not work

Tried ticking:
- PUSH;
- CRON;
- both options.
Click to call. gives error logine failure1: permission denied
There are no pop-ups for any incoming or outgoing calls.
It seems that the actions are not working:
- Create events based on StreamTelecom telephony calls
- Create a process based on a missed call
We contacted StreamTelecom technical support and received the following response:
Judging by the log, CRON, which is responsible for transferring calls, stops working on your portal.
The log below contains information that reflects this.

Thank you, this function is not configured on the OS. I raised this question from the very beginning of the appearance of the OS. Everything came to the point that Box and Stream Telecom did not want to refine this functionality, and as a client I chose a different option for a friend.

The reason for which the call transfer does not work specifically on this portal is not known at the moment.
To collect information from the StreamTelecom account, CRON is used, which, judging by the OneBox logs, constantly stops working.

From the side of StreamTelecom, they checked all the settings and they are similar to those of other clients.
Therefore, assistance from Boxing is necessary, since verification is needed for what reason data is not being collected from the StreamTelecom cabinet.
