Popup not working

Set up integration with binotel https://kiyservice.1b.app/app/binotel-1/
calls, statuses and audio recordings are transmitted
popup window also configured https://kiyservice.1b.app/app/binotel-1/call/windows/block/
but on incoming and outgoing call the popup is not showing
