write them a letter with the following content:
Hello, dear Binotel.ua technical support!
In order to integrate the CRM system with your telephony service, we ask you to open access to telephony for the site <domain name of the site> (IP = <XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX>)
It is also necessary to enable PUSH API">API at <site domain name>/binotel/push/ and <site domain name>/binotel/push-caller/ and
<website domain name>/binotel/push/complete/ (to get call recording)
You have done this more than once, and there should be no problems.

these are not push notifications from binotel, these are your test knocks (you went to the address to check if it works).
OneBox currently does not receive push notifications from bintel. Write to them, specify to which address they send pushes and whether they have been in the last few days.
