In the automatic action once a minute ( /app/automatization/minute/edit/ ) for importing calls from ringostat, you must check the box to add UTM tags.

To display fields in this list, you need to create them here /app/contact/setting/contactfield/ .
After that, in the contact interface, you can display the created field and fill it in. And in the application settings, that is, here http://img.ringostat.com/ruda/WB3RET.png , it will already be possible to select this field.

An outgoing call (event) is one in which the caller is an employee (the access level is "Employee" or "Administrator"), and the person being called is not an employee.
