Good afternoon,
There is a problem with importing product photos. Webasyst offers two settings for generating image filenames - system generated and raw names. At the moment, in order to work correctly with Google, we need to give photos a text name, a tag, so that they are indexed in a quality manner. When changing the name, such pictures are not pulled up in crm. Please expand the outdated rule for pulling up photos in crm, as this relates to site integration, and the creation of a textual name for images (transliterated in Latin) is dictated by the modern market, which you and we must keep up with.

If several of our cloud clients who use this integration need it (they will come in and unsubscribe in this topic that they lack this setting for full-fledged work in OneBox) - we will invest in it. You bought a boxed AS IS product (as is) - accordingly, we do not have to modify anything new at our own expense. You have 3 options: 1. Make the photos fit your integration requirements 2. Pay for revision and revision will be made to your boxed version 3. Transfer your project to the cloud - and then it will be profitable for us to invest in this functionality.
