Turn an Instagram Direct (i2crm) message into a chat

auto action once per minute / Turn Instagram Direct message (i2crm) into a chat / indicate who to chat with.
1.Sms from instagram come to chat, when you try to answer, it gives an error (screen 1), after refreshing the F5 page, you can see that the sms was sent to chat (screen 2)
2.After sending the SMS to the chat in the Instagram dnrect, the SMS is not visible.... the integration is configured correctly...(4 screen)

outgoing messages are only visible if you write sms from the instagram itself. (3screen from app.i2crm.ru)
where could be the error? help find out

Specify the user (link) under which this problem occurs

The error occurs because the specified user does not have an I2CRM sender ID in the system - that is, we cannot send a request to I2CRM from whom to send a message.
Identifiers are assigned to contacts when they write to your account (with which integration is configured on the I2CRM side) and this service sends us requests via webhook

Maybe the contacts are different?
Go under this contact in that chat - and you will most likely be able to send a message.

Here at this contact https://shopforcars.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/users/7274/ registered the specified account, because it was created as a result of a request from I2CRM.
Merge this contact into the one you need https://shopforcars.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/users/2/ and it will work.
