LiqPay - identification of the client and his payment

GOAL:
We make a payment in your OneBox personal account via liqpay.
It is necessary to identify the client by name, phone number, other characteristics,
so that payments are made as similar as possible, as with cashless payments.

That is, when we receive payment from a client via LiqPay,
we ask him to fill in the data on his page:
- FULL NAME
- telephone
- other...
And then we transfer this data to LiqPay via API,
in the description parameter - the purpose of the payment.
After that, the data is visible in the payment history in the LiqPay account.
You need to take this data back when LiqPay made the payment,
to use them for subsequent payment identification
with the client and with his order.

We record which user for what amount (and if it is through the process) makes a payment - and immediately after the payment, Liqpay makes us a return request - we search by the payment key and the amount who made this payment - and make it.
