Therefore, I will clarify what needs to be done using the API ^ - we publish posts on Instagram, - clients write under such posts; - when a client comments on a post, OneBox creates a task in the business process and the status that we specify, in the action we set the responsible person or role; - when a post is commented on by different clients, each of them has its own task; - in each task, the content of the post with media files is displayed so that we understand what we are communicating with the client about - we can write comments in the task and conduct a dialogue with the client, send him media files; - when we complete the dialogue with the client and close the task, when the client reapplies to the post, his comment should fly into the closed task, and the task opens with a transition to the specified status; - you need the ability to connect N instagram accounts in order to individually configure automation for each of them.
