ViberID is created the first time, if the client writes to you. Vіn entries in contact, which is the author of the process. from tsey id and copy to the people, as you already have it in the box.
Copying (combining contacts) is only necessary, since you already have this contact in the system. Yakshcho ni - deprive new creations of contact. Turn over at your orders - you can write to the client, right?
