Exporting products doesn't work because the WooCommerce REST API requires HTTPS on the site. In your case, it is not there - accordingly, the API returns the error "You cannot view the list of resources."
Product import does not work due to incorrect database access. Check the database host (if it is located locally, then you need to specify 127.0.0.1, or the IP address of the database).

Most likely, on the database server side, access is not open under the database access specified in the integration, and therefore we cannot connect.
