Integration with FB Messenger does not work. Through your account, it turned out to create a process from the message. And no more messages come to boxing. Can this be fixed? We do not receive any requests from clients.

The tick has been there since yesterday. Messages come only from my personal account, but not from others.

A system error occurs when adding an event when someone other than you writes to Facebook. Please write again from another message, I put the logs - with a new message I will understand what was wrong. Thanks

Very strange, but Facebook does not send us any pushes. I thought that there was a failure in the system and it does not write logs, but in fact we simply do not receive pushes from Facebook if someone other than you writes. https://box.ergoglass.md/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=facebook-messenger-2020-1... here is a list of the pushes we received. Do you have an account to which you write (shop) is published or not? The documentation says the following lines: "Apps in Development Mode, are restricted to message people that have a role in the app. Additionally Pages in unpublished status will only be allowed to message people with a role on the Page." which means that in the unpublished form of the application, pushes will only come from users who are tagged in the application.

This field is located in the settings of the application that I created for messenger integration.

Most likely, push notifications will arrive in the box only when you pass the application verification. Now only your messages are being pushed, because you are apparently the developer of this application or marked as a member in it. To confirm my words, you can add some other user to the application participants and send a message from him, it should appear in the box. Perhaps after adding a user to the participants / developers of the application, it may take some time before the application starts pushing (but this is purely guesswork, I don’t know exactly how everything works inside there)
