Unfortunately, you have denied OneBox employees access to your box, so we cannot see exactly what the action is.
If you mean "Get leads from facebook" - then around September 1st, facebook completely changed the rules of the game, closed the old API, changed the rules for issuing a marketing api token and its lifespan.
You need to get facebook token again and now it's not an easy task.
