Errors when working in the system

If you reload the page, 2 products appear in the table, one of which is named as the product ID in the system - https://i.imgur.com/fUb98fv.png 2) when trying to go through the stages of the PSU, the stage does not change https://i.imgur.com/hLIsPwI.png (waited for a change for several minutes). But if you refresh the page, you can see that the stage has changed. 3) when trying to create a process from the https://i.imgur.com/2DTmuoS.png window, the process does not open https://i.imgur.com/sIgXgG5.png 4) configured hot keys for creating Business processes, but when the key is activated, the process does not open (the same situation as in point 3, the process was created, but did not open) All these points worked yesterday, but today they no longer work. Please help to fix the errors.
