The employee does not see payments during the Onebox MVP process

In most cases, the employee stopped displaying payments in processes and in the general list of payments; the settings did not change. At the same time, the box does not respond to access settings by category and wallet. It feels like it randomly shows payments and sometimes doesn’t. Old payments are displayed correctly and for new ones you can view the payment via a direct link that is generated in the comments.
Any ideas why this bug might occur?

Good afternoon.
The first thing that comes to mind is that the user’s access rights are not configured correctly. For the test, try giving him full access rights to finances (by wallets/categories/directions) and check after a while (caching is possible) whether all payments are withdrawn.

Thanks for the answer! This gave me the idea to start methodically disabling unnecessary fields after giving full rights. Now displays correctly.

I was happy too early, but now another problem has surfaced)) all categories of payments are displayed despite the fact that there is a ban on their display (the checkbox for viewing is unchecked)
