1. I can't delete contact types (and values of other similar fields). In general, how do they differ from regular fields (documentation not available - 404: https://hpg.1b.app/doc/)?
2. Documentation. What is the difference between the "links" and "associated contacts" fields? Auto-substitution works only occasionally.
Phone auto-formatting: from ___ to ___ - no explanation. The same about the address generation formula (in address types). Why are they at all, what is the difference from a simple text field so that you can attach a Google map?
3. Import. The functionality worked only one line out of ten in the proposed XLSX file - is this an intentional limitation of the free version?
4. Newsletters. Interested in Telegram and Votsap. What services does OneBox integrate with? The main task is to filter contacts from the database and send messages to the selected ones - does it work? Is there a demo/screencast?
5. Ergonomics:
– deleting a phone number without confirmation (there is a high risk of losing information),
- there is no transition between the fields of the card by TAB,
– it would be nice to disable unnecessary functions like processes, payments, etc. (interface overload).
