[name_first] - Name
[name_last] - last name
[name_middle] - Middle name
[name_first_last] - glued first and last names
[company] - Company name

[perfix] - if a man - then "Dear", if a woman - "Dear".
[customuser_XXX] - Additional contact field, where XXX is the key of the additional field
