2015681682 - Added sending messages about the fact of login
Improved the ability to send notifications to employees that there was an entrance to OneBox under their account. Added settings for this:
- checkbox "Send login notification" in contact card settings;
- setting "Login notification sms template" in system settings, where
[datetime] - date and time of entry
[time] - entry time
