Such a letter is sent only if the order is created through the client's personal account. Thanks to this refinement, it is possible to put the source on order; "LK" and send a letter only if the source is equal to XXX. The source "LK" will be affixed automatically if the order is created through the client's personal account In the action "Send notification by email" there is a condition "Run the action only if the source of the process matches" under which the message will be sent.
