Added checkbox "Synchronization of filter characteristics and their values":
1. in action PromUA / Import products
2. Import products from YML
It is responsible for the ability to overwrite the filter during import from prom, it works like this:
If there are no filters in a particular product, it will be deleted in the box.
If the filter has been "renamed" in a specific product, or the filter values have been "renamed" - it will be overwritten in the box
