2014874036 - Added filter to budgets
Filters have been improved for the general page of budgets:
- according to the budget
- by date of enrollment
Improved so that the "Payments for the period" filter remembers the last selected value. When switching to the page again, by default the filter will contain the period (day, month) that was selected last time
