Improved auto action once per minute “Write value to additional field of process based on additional field of order to supplier”, which will check the values of the specified additional field in supplier processes with a specified time interval. For each customer order, the maximum/minimum value of eligible vendor orders will be recorded. In the action settings, be sure to set the BP to search for client processes, the fields to search for the maximum value, and the field where to write the value. If the interval is not set, the action will be triggered once per minute. If the interval is set, then there will be a check: last run time + interval < current time, if the condition is met, the action will not start.
