The action "Create a process based on a missed call" creates processes based on calls that are in the events in the status “ANSWER” and “NOANSWER”.
For integration with Lirax, it has been improved so that calls in the “Missed” status fall into events with the “NOANSWER” status (and then the automatic action will create processes for such calls)
