Improved action for Autopay
1. Improved automatic action once a minute “Autopay / Import processes”
Once per minute, the action imports processes from Autopay.
If the fields Business Process, Status or To whom to assign the task are not filled, the action is not launched.
Clients are searched by phone number and email. If the client is not found, a new OneBox contact will be created.
The process product is searched for by the good_id field in the External id field in OneBox. If the product is not found, the search will be performed by name.
If the product is not found, a new one will be added.
2. Improved the action of the business process “Autopay / Switch process status to Autopay when moving to a stage”
When switching to a status, the selected status will be transferred to Autopay for the current process.
If the process does not have an external Id, the action will not run.
