2015142982 - Sending sms from a process
When sending sms from the process, through the “write sms” button, the message goes to the comments feed, and by default, the message is not displayed in the process through the “sms” button next to the client number. In the universal block, for the “Call” field, the “add SMS to the process when adding” setting has been improved, if the checkbox is enabled, then messages sent through the number field will also be added to the process comments
