OS - Updating Processes "Bug"

Every night there is an update of the processes, although nothing happens in them. This confuses the understanding of which process the movement occurred in and resets the update time of the last movement in the process.
Why is this happening? Is it possible to disable this daily update so that we only see updates on real changes?

Yes, it looks like the date is being moved. Can you please tell me where is this setting?
