Barcode scanning

Good afternoon. Unfortunately, I do not know your business process and did not understand what is happening from the description. Could you describe in detail with screenshots what is wrong in your opinion? By default, the page should not be reloaded when going to any stages.

How to automatically refresh the page? Or fix

I understand what's going on, but I still don't understand why. You can create a test process and provide a link to a product that I can scan and see what is written in the field.
